4th of July Holiday

As we know the day was Independance Day. In the morning I went to the Pchtreet and saw a race. I didn't know there were race in every year. After I recieved my friend's e-mail, I went to the Art Center station. I watched a race in front of a Museuim building. It was very impressive for me to see a Marathorn in the U.S. At the beginning of a race, there were people who are on a wheel chair. Although they couldn't use their legs, they ran with thier wheel chair. It was my first time to see a wheel chair race and I could feel their passion and effort to gain a goal. Behind them, there were professional racers on the race. After them, there were lots of ordinary Americans on the race. The number of racers were uncountable. Some of them wore special clothings, such as flag of the U.S. , character of Superman of Batman something like that. I thought that I could do anything as long as my heart is beating, so long as my legs are strong. Before I go to the middle age, I'd like to take part in the race.

An encounter in Atlanta

An Encounter in Atlanta

After my class started, I have met a lot of people for two weeks. Fortunately or not, I met one of those people who was graduate the same elemantary school with me. We were not in the same age but we were living in the same region. Also her house is about five minutes by foot from my house to her house. One day, during our conversation, I knew she was living in the same city and graduated the same school. When we recognized the fact, we were so suprised. In other words, it was possible for us to see each other 10 years ago in the school, but we couldn't recognize each other. Because we didn't know about each other and she was just stranger at that time. Sometimes, I met a person who was living in the same area. But in this time it was so interesting. Because we know a lot of things such as the name of street and store of our region, I feel as if she is my neighbor. She is studying in the languge institute but we have different class. Anyhow,I think the earth is very small. You can meet someone who was your neighbor.

The Size of Atlanta Airport

When I came here from my country, I was surprised by the size of Atlanta airport. Before I came to the U.S., I heard about the huge size of airport. Even if I heard it from my parents, I was still suprised when I took the airport surbway. In my country, there is a big international airport, but it is not so big as much as the Atlanta's. After I arrived, there were really long escaletor and a lot of people. What's why, I wondered I could find my uncle who had been waitng me for a long time. In other words, it was able to be a homeless person ,if I couldn't find my uncle. Fortunetly, we met each other after finish my simple interview. When we got out of there, we were confused because we didn't find my uncle's car. There were two huge parking lot so we were confused. I was impressed because of the huge size of the international Atlanta airport. I can't forget the airport of Atlanta permanantly.
